As a trained dietitian, I've had the privilege of helping people improve their health and well-being. However, I noticed that my clients struggled to maintain their progress over time, much like those elusive New Year's resolutions.
Driven by the desire to find lasting solutions, I pressed pause on my clinic and completed a Ph.D. at Bond University. It was there that I uncover the transformative power of habit change and its potential to impact every facet of life.
Through habit change, I've witnessed people achieving their goals, long term. The success of my research quickly gained recognition in academic and media circles, compelling me to share this knowledge with the world.
Now, I specialise in guiding people to transform their habits, whether it's for their health, technology usage, sleep routines, work and money-related behaviours, or relationship dynamics.
